Refund policy
This policy applies to the Pro plan and to the paid founding tiers alike. The instant checker and a granted free founding spot cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
1. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, monthly or annual, and nothing is charged after that.
2. Refunds
- First charge. If Pro is not what you needed, ask within 7 days of the first charge and it is refunded in full.
- Annual plans. Refundable in full on request within 7 days of purchase.
- After that. No partial-period refunds. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end.
- Founding tiers. The same rules: the first charge is refundable within 7 days. A refunded founding subscription ends the locked price, and the spot is not returned to the pool.
3. The trial
The 7-day trial costs nothing: your card is on file but $0 is charged. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged; the account goes read-only and nothing is deleted. If you forget and the first charge goes through, it is refundable in full within 7 days, like any first charge.
4. How to request a refund
Write to hello@quietwatch.app from the email address on the account. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record that billed you, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
